- All products ordered from the EOS online store are delivered electronically. You will be emailed links to the appropriate purchased product(s) and a licence key.
- Privacy & Security
- Your personal information is protected by our SSL, which means that the payment gateway is locked and secure, indicated by the lock symbol you will see throughout the checkout process. Paypal is also a payment option for ease and security. EOS Solutions only uses your contact information to proccess your purchase. We do not share our mailing list. You can opt out of our newsletter and e-mails at any time.
- Returns & Replacements
- Items may be exchanged or upgraded within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Exchanges, upgrades and credits will be issued for the product value. Please allow 10 days for EOS Solutions to process your return request.
- Ordering
- All orders are fulfilled electronically. We do NOT burn or sell DVD's of the software. You are responsilbe for backing up the software content purchased. Please contact support if you feel you have received an un-useable version of the software.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are in US dollars and subject to sales taxes. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Promotions are only available for limited time periods.
- Viewing Orders
- To check on the status of your order, simply log in to your account. This will take you to your dashboard, where you can view your orders.
- Updating Account Information
- Logging in to your account takes you to the dashboard, from here you can edit shipping addresses, change your password and review previous order.
